Feature

Rotary Disc Feeder

1、The rotary disc feeder is as large as 900mm, the diameter of the disk is large, the automatic material sorting is smoother, and the empty package rate is reduced.

2、There are four brushes in the disc for material sorting, which can prevent the product from stacking and allow the materials to be output more evenly.

Film Pulling Device

1、The whole machine is 304 stainless steel, which meets the requirements of food hygiene.

2、Double-end film connection + automatic film replacement function, to achieve replacement of packaging film without downtime, reduce loss and improve efficiency.
Sealing device
1、The sealing roller is made of high-hardness alloy, after quenching and blackening treatment, it can achieve high-speed operation without deformation, low wear, and the material will not stick to the sealing knife, the sealing is firmer, and the packaging is more perfect.
