I never buy packaging machines from companies other than KITECH simply because it is the only brand I trust in China and my colleagues have personally visited their factory and were impressed with their state of the art equipment. I am willing to buy from them even if the occasional custom order may be a week late, not to mention that in most cases, KITECH's packaging machines are of better quality and price than the factories in India. One more thing, the speed and quality of their packaging machines are excellent, so I had high expectations of KITECH's design capabilities, and they have never disappointed me.

Sourcing packaging machines from overseas can sometimes be frustrating. When I previously purchased a packaging machine from another local facility, the price was really low. Nonetheless, their staff's English communication and business skills were not very good, and there was a delay of a full three months in shipping, which I found out half a month later. It was much less trouble to work with KITECH. Their salesman said that their quality is top in the world, and I have no doubt about it. Also, they are really professional and all I have to do is contact them and sit in the office waiting to receive the product!

I have been working with KITECH for 3 years now and I am glad that I chose them from the beginning. Their products are of high quality and I have not had any problems with them so far. In addition to the Small Coffee Sachet Packing Machine I purchased, they also have other good quality products and I am considering expanding my business to continue customizing my packing machines here. So if possible, I suggest you try their other products as well.
